Lissette Cruz is a native of Havana who arrived in the US via New York in 1989. Cruz completed her Bachelor’s degree in Anglo-Saxon languages and literature at the University of Havana. Shortly after graduating, she set her sights on New York City to further her studies.

After a successful career in sales, Cruz made the leap into real estate in 2004. Right from the start, she was recognized as a promising realtor, receiving various awards, including Remax’s 100 Club Award for three consecutive years, La Playa Properties’ Outstanding Sales Achievement in 2019, and Top Producer 2020. Her early success led to features in several regional publications and luxury websites, such as Social Affairs, House King Magazine, and azureazure.com, raising her profile and attracting new, untapped international markets at the time.

After working with leading firms like Remax and La Playa Properties, the accomplished broker founded Cruz International Realty in 2021. With a strong desire to make a mark on the South Florida real estate scene, the new firm is poised to attract domestic and international buyers to the Greater Miami area, catering to the specific needs of each client. Cruz frequently conducts seminars and presentations for potential buyers in Latin America, including Chile, Peru, Colombia, and Argentina. 

Her clients are drawn to her down-to-earth, honest approach to real estate. She firmly believes that clients should feel comfortable and enjoy the process of buying one or several properties. “The real estate experience should be fun, easy, and exceed the client’s expectations,” says Cruz. She adds, “Buying a home could be a person’s biggest investment, and we take our commitment to achieving the best results very seriously.”

As a longtime resident of Miami, she has witnessed firsthand the dynamic changes that the city has undergone in recent decades, particularly the explosive growth of the real estate sector in South Florida. Throughout this journey, Cruz has earned recognition from her peers and developed extensive expertise in residential real estate, as well as in identifying business opportunities.
